Aquaterra personnel have extensive experience in all facets of civil site engineering.  Clients have ranged from independent owners to multi-national  chain companies.  Our personnel have provided land development consulting for a wide variety of property uses ranging from small grading projects to 750,000 square foot distribution centers.

The promulgation of local development codes requires engineers to be proficient in many areas of land development.  Many municipalities require stringent designs for stormwater management, erosion control, stormwater quality, site aesthetics and landscaping.  Aquaterra personnel are familiar with ADA handicap requirements for site design, standard building codes pertaining to site work, and many metro area zoning codes and ordinances.  Aquaterra personnel also have assisted clients with property rezoning, special use permits, zoning variances, and wetland / stream permitting.
