GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER - BATON ROUGE The Baton Rouge office of Aquaterra has become known for its geotechnicial capabilities and client service. Our work includes increasingly challenging assigments, and we need another geotechnical engineer here to lighten the load for our existing staff. Our clients range from various industries to state transportation departments, to a multitude of architects and other engineers. Like any geotechnical engineering position, the job will provide the opportunity for field work, lab work and extensive engineering analyses and report writing. We are looking for a seasoned geotechnical engineer with at least 6 years of experience in the field. Our firm uses a variety of software packages for the geotechnical analyses that we perform, so a good computer background will be very beneficial. Director. The position will be responsible for troubleshooting,
desktop support including general software and hardware operations, and
minor network maintenance. A+ Certification and MCP are required, as
well as 2 or more years direct experience in the following areas:
desktop knowledge of XP Professional, Vista Business, MS Office 2003
and 2007. Some Mac OSX experience preferred. Ability to assist under

DRILLER'S HELPER - JACKSON, BATON ROUGE

Engineering, LLC (Aquaterra) has an excellent opportunity for motivated Driller's Helpers in our West Region area
of operations, specifically, in Jackson, MS and the Baton Rouge, LA locations. The primary role of the Driller's Helper includes lifting and carrying of drill pipe, loading materials onto trucks, and cleaning augers and other equipment. This position may also administer maintenance to the drill rigs and/or trucks, and other equipment as necessary under the direct supervision of the Driller. This position requires extensive travel, moderate to heavy lifting, and the candidate must be able to withstand outdoor weather conditions. A valid driver's license is also a requirement of this position.
