Aquaterra is an employee-owned business providing earth science and land development engineering services throughout the southeast. Aquaterra is managed by principals who also oversee day to day operations in our offices.
Mr. Victor R. Donald, P.E. serves as Aquaterra's President. Mr. Donald founded Aquaterra Engineering, LLC, and he provides corporate direction, and oversees the progressive development of the firm.
Mr. Jeffrey J. Breedlove, P.E. serves as Vice President over Aquaterra's Information, Technology, and Corporate Development. In this role, Mr. Breedlove directs the firms efforts on key initiatives to provide more efficient and effective ways to serve the firm's clients and employees and to progress the firm toward its growth initiatives. Mr. Breedlove also directs the firms solid waste consulting service area. Mr. Breedlove is a founding member of Aquaterra Engineering, LLC.
Mr. Richard M. Simon serves as Vice President of Operations overseeing the firms six offices. In this role, Mr. Simon directs his efforts toward the personnel, operations and financial management of the offices. He also coordinates marketing efforts with division managers in support of the continued expansion of Aquaterra services. He works with the other managing partners to establish the overall direction of the company and laying out plans for the future. Mr. Simon joined the firm in 2003.
Mr. David Coleman, P.E. serves as manager of the Geotechnical service group in the Jackson, Mississippi office. Mr. Coleman directs a staff of 20 engineers, technicians, drillers, and administrative personnel serving clients in Mississippi. Mr. Coleman also oversees the growth and development of Aquaterra's newest office in Tupelo, Mississippi.
