Our Vision...
to become the preeminent earth sciences and engineering company in the Southeast by providing innovative and constructive solutions with superior service and efficiency.
Our Mission...
to exceed the expectations of:
our clients, while providing site development, geotechnical, environmental engineering and consulting services emphasizing value and quality,
our employees, while providing a secure but challenging work environment that promotes safety, innovation, entrepreneurship, team spirit, and ethical conduct,
our suppliers, while practicing fair and consistent trade policies, meeting contractual obligations, and providing timely and accurate communications,
the public, while maintaining vigilant awareness of the welfare of the public and the environment, and
our professional peers, while observing and promoting the ethical standards that govern our profession.
Our roots go back to 1961 as a geotechnical engineering firm providing foundation engineering services to industry, municipalities, and the commercial sector. In the 1970's and 1980's, as environmental regulations were promulgated, we were on the cutting edge of environmental consulting for a newly regulated community. Today, we have combined and enhanced our engineering disciplines to provide a complete property development consulting solution. Our long-term track record, combined with our mindset to enhance sound solutions with technology, creates a consulting firm with specific capabilities to meet the needs of our diverse clients.
With offices in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee, Aquaterra is experienced throughout the southeast. We currently maintain a total staff of over 100 technical and professional personnel representing the various disciplines that enable us to provide full service capability to property development.
We are engineers, geologists, scientists and technicians trained and skilled in the earth science disciplines. Our combination of disciplines creates a resource for specialized engineering to meet the challenges of site property development, site mitigation, and facility construction.
